French Armenian entrepreneur and philanthropist, and the youngest son of the legendary Artist Charles Aznavour, Nicolas Aznavour is moved by watching his father’s story on big screen in a new movie “Monsieur Aznavour”. Nicolas was present at the closed screening of the movie, which took place on November 17th at the Moscow Cinema. According to him, the movie portrays his father perfectly showing his path and emotions on the way of his success,
“I was very moved when I saw the movie on the screen. It’s a fantastic success in my opinion. It really portrays well my father, his life, his goals, aspirations. They have captured my family’s history with all the family pictures. Even the videos that my father used to take when he was traveling also were presented in the movie. They did a fantastic job. It is a work of love.”, he says.
In his conversation with NEWS.am STYLE he added that it’s hard to mention what was the moat moving part of the film, because, according to him, the whole movie has touched him with the stories involved.
“There’s not a specific part. It’s really the whole. I used to see my father struggling, and the story with Patrick and everything was well portrayed in the movie and was very moving.”
“Monsieur Aznavour” was directed by Mehdi Idir and Grand Corps Malade. It is about the life of French singer Charles Aznavour, portrayed by Tahar Rahim, from his beginning as the son of Armenian immigrants to the rise of his career.
The movie will be on the big screens since December 5.
