Ralph Lauren is stepping into the future of fashion with the launch of Ask Ralph, a personal AI stylist now available in the brand’s app, reports Hypebeast.
Users can simply ask questions like, “What should I wear to an evening concert?” or “How do I style a navy blazer?”, and the bot will create a full outfit, suggest accessories, and even offer style nuances—just like a real boutique stylist.
The feature, powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, is available on Apple and Android devices in the U.S. Users can refine their queries to get tailored head-to-toe looks inspired by the signature Ralph Lauren aesthetic.
"Ask Ralph isn’t just a service—it’s an immersion into our brand, letting you explore iconic looks and personal style," said David Lauren, Chief Brand and Innovation Officer.
The launch comes amid the AI boom in everyday life, with tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Grok from X helping millions worldwide. Ralph Lauren aims to bring this technology into the luxury space, combining innovation with the brand’s iconic American elegance.
The company plans to expand the AI stylist with new features, cover more brands, and reach global markets, making personalized style guidance accessible to everyone.
