Designed by founder Jacob Arabo in collaboration with a team of 14 designers and eight architects, the villa is described as a “living work of art” where precision engineering meets the brand’s signature opulence. “Every material, every line, every corner reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and bold design,” Arabo said.

Located in the prestigious Dubai Hills community, the estate spans nearly 42,000 square feet over three levels, overlooking a golf course. The interior features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two professional kitchens, and staff quarters. Entertainment is at the forefront, with a cinema, cigar lounge, billiards room, wine cellar, tea room, spa with hammam, ice room, and sauna, while the exterior boasts a massive pool with a built-in DJ stage and a garage for a luxury car collection.

The attention to detail is staggering: marble sourced from a single Italian quarry with consultation from three experts to ensure perfect veining, chandeliers handcrafted in Italy and the Czech Republic, and custom furniture and bespoke sculptures throughout the residence. Designer lighting installations and stonework elements further enhance the villa’s theatrical luxury.

State-of-the-art technology complements the aesthetic, including smart home management, medical-grade air filtration, advanced security systems, water recirculation, and the region’s first outdoor cooling system for year-round alfresco living.
