Designed by founder Jacob Arabo in collaboration with a team of 14 designers and eight architects, the villa is described as a “living work of art” where precision engineering meets the brand’s signature opulence. “Every material, every line, every corner reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and bold design,” Arabo said.

Located in the prestigious Dubai Hills community, the estate spans nearly 42,000 square feet over three levels, overlooking a golf course. The interior features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two professional kitchens, and staff quarters.
