H&M and Stella McCartney return: Y2K sparkle meets sustainable glam

10:20, December 4

H&M has announced a new designer collaboration with Stella McCartney, marking a stylish comeback for the duo.

The first glimpse of the upcoming collection was unveiled on the red carpet, with appearances by Amelia Gray, Anitta, Emily Ratajkowski, Yasmin Wijnaldum, Bel Priestley, Alton Mason, and Kiara Nirghin — all wearing looks from the new line. The collection channels McCartney’s signature design DNA, drawing on archival inspirations from the early 2000s with sparkling details and lace accents.

Emily Ratajkowski stunned in a sleek little black dress with a draped cape over the shoulders, while Amelia Gray dazzled in a beige mini dress featuring sparkling lace and crystal-like effects, cinched loosely at the waist for a nostalgic Y2K vibe. Yasmin Wijnaldum wore a floor-length slip dress in the same fabric with a halter neckline, and Anitta sported a custom twist on the collection with a red gown featuring a looping detail from shoulder to hemline. The event was full of glamour.

The capsule collection, set to launch in Spring 2026, will feature pieces made from sustainably sourced materials.

“Reworking pieces from my archive brought back so much energy and joy. This second collaboration is a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come in sustainability, cruelty-free practices, and conscious design — and to stay honest about how much further we still need to go — together,” said Stella McCartney.

The collection will be available both online and in H&M stores in Spring 2026.
