The 56-year-old diva took the stage at San Siro Stadium enveloped in the sparkle of over 300 carats of diamonds. Her jewelry from LEVUMA High Jewelry — a necklace, bracelet, and earrings set in platinum with emerald-cut diamonds — totaled 306 carats of pure brilliance. Each stone was meticulously selected, and hundreds of hours went into crafting the exquisite pieces.

Her jewelry was perfectly matched by an equally show-stopping outfit. Carey wore a stunning white Roberto Cavalli gown adorned with shimmering embellishments, radiating classic Hollywood drama. A plunging neckline, feathered boa, and voluminous retro waves completed the fairy-tale ensemble.

And while the visuals were pure glamour, Carey’s vocals were equally mesmerizing.
