Bottega Veneta has unveiled a refreshed version of its iconic Veneta bag for Summer 2026, promising to be a must-have for fashion lovers who appreciate both timeless design and modern flair. The new iteration draws inspiration from the original 1970s sack bag created by the brand’s co-founder Renzo Zengiaro.

Modern Sizes and Design

Creative director Louise Trotter introduced the bag in four new sizes, including the mini Baby Veneta, and updated it with a new Intrecciato woven texture, adding a contemporary twist to the classic silhouette.

Crafted from soft nappa leather with a padded interior, the bag features intricately woven straps and a fluid, almost fabric-like form. Its elegant, slouchy silhouette comes without any logos—the luxury is expressed entirely through craftsmanship and premium materials.

The interior is lined with the same soft lambskin as the original, and includes a zip closure and an internal zipped pocket for organized storage—perfect for the modern, on-the-go woman.
