Joseph Baena proved that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree: the 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger claimed victory at his very first bodybuilding competition.

Baena shared the exciting news on Instagram, revealing that he took first place in multiple categories at the NPC Natural Colorado State contest.

“Mission accomplished!” Joseph captioned his winning post, noting that he won in four categories.

Joseph, Arnold’s son with former housekeeper Mildred Baena, previously spoke about his fitness journey, which began back in 2019 in Australia. He admitted that extra weight had held him back from living an active lifestyle. Now, he says, dedication and training with his father have paid off, and his bodybuilding debut was a resounding success.
