Chloe Eleanor had been considering breast augmentation for over a decade.
The 28-year-old content creator still distinctly remembers the exact moment the idea first crossed her mind. She was about 12 or 13 years old, standing in an arcade parking lot, when she noticed that her friend was developing much faster than she was. Her friend playfully suggested she "tap her chest to make them grow."
"That was my first core memory of thinking, 'Oh, mine are really tiny,'" Chloe tells PEOPLE. From that day on, she spent years wavering on whether or not to undergo surgery.

More than a decade after that parking lot moment, Chloe finally decided to take action. The process—which she documented in detail for her thousands of TikTok followers—went viral, but not entirely for the reasons she expected.
In early 2025, after much deliberation, she attended a consultation with a surgeon in Beverly Hills. However, the technique the doctor proposed—hybrid implants that involved cutting the muscle and required six months of grueling recovery—terrified her.
"It sounded awful," she admits. "I just decided it wasn't worth it."
Six months later, Chloe revisited the idea and began researching modern alternatives. Coming across the gentler, far less invasive Preservé procedure, her passion was reignited. She booked a consultation and scheduled her surgery for early 2026.
Right before the operation, however, Chloe was consumed by severe anxiety.
In past consultations, doctors had frequently suggested rather large implants, whereas her own dream was a modest, subtle result. Adding fuel to the fire was the experience of two of her friends, who had both woken up from surgery with significantly larger breasts than they had asked for.
"It scared me so much," she admits. But now, weeks after the procedure, Chloe couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome.
"I had hundreds of women commenting, 'Just go big, go all out while you're at it!'" Chloe shares. "I’m so incredibly happy I trusted my gut and knew exactly what outcome I wanted. It took me years to reach this decision. When it comes to size, you should only listen to your inner voice."

Her followers were stunned by how smooth and rapid her recovery was, taking just a couple of weeks.
In one video that racked up nearly 5 million views, Chloe is seen casually strolling along the beach just hours after being discharged from the clinic. Less than a month later, her doctors cleared her to return to full-intensity gym workouts.
Equally surprising were the microscopic scars—literally the size of a pinky tip, rather than the standard two-inch incisions common for the procedure.
Looking back, Chloe advises anyone considering plastic surgery to only move forward when they are 100% sure it’s what they truly want, and to never hesitate to shop around until they find "their" right surgeon.
