The 34-year-old stunner took to TikTok with a dramatic close-up video, covering her mouth in disbelief alongside a fiery caption: "Me every time I open my phone and see losers talking about my body."

Adding fuel to the fire, the long-term partner of former NFL star Rob Gronkowski added a blunt plea in the post’s caption: "Go touch grass!"

Her loyal fanbase immediately rushed to the comment section, flooding the post with hundreds of supportive messages:

  • "You are honestly one of the most naturally gorgeous women on this planet. Ignore them!"

  • "Who cares what losers write? You are literally the hottest woman on the PLANET!"

  • "If I could choose my dream body, I’d choose yours in a heartbeat. Let them cry about it."

The model's viral TikTok response comes just months after she lit up the runway at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show in May. Kostek also stole the spotlight as one of the standout stars of the 2026 SI Swimsuit issue, featuring in a sizzling photo shoot on location in Botswana.

From Crying Over Trolls to Building Armor

This isn't the first time Kostek has faced vile online commentary regarding her physique. Back in 2019, internet bullies targeted photos of her wearing a neon bikini in Cabo San Lucas, leaving nasty comments calling her body "disgusting" and telling her to "cover up."

While Kostek admitted at the time that those cruel remarks about her "wide hips" brought her to tears, she has since transformed her mindset completely: "I let other people’s words get to me back then," she reflected. "But now I realize: those comments are completely irrelevant. The opinions of people I don’t give a damn about shouldn't carry any weight. It builds my armor, helps me grow, and reminds me of what actually matters in life."
