Christie’s auction house, in partnership with 20th Century Studios, has announced an online auction featuring original costumes and accessories from the upcoming film The Devil Wears Prada 2. The project was initiated by the film's star, Meryl Streep.
The auction will run online from September 1 to September 15, 2026. All proceeds will be donated to the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).
The auction will feature iconic luxury pieces worn on screen by the main cast members: Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Simone Ashley, and Lady Gaga.
Key lots include:
A signed pair of red Valentino Garavani Rockstud prototype shoes worn by Meryl Streep’s character, Miranda Priestly.
An Autumn/Winter 2025 tassel coat by Dries Van Noten.
A black-and-white blazer by Schiaparelli.
The Gabriela Hearst Niki dress worn on screen by Anne Hathaway.
An Elsa Peretti Bone Cuff worn by Emily Blunt.
A feathered maxi dress by Bad Binch TongTong (designer Terence Zhou), worn by Lady Gaga in the RUNWAY music video.
Pieces from Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Elie Saab, Vhernier, Fendi, as well as the iconic classic azure sweater from J.Crew.
