Bianca Censori has once again pushed the boundaries of shock value, sharing a disturbing staged image of her husband, Kanye West, with his “severed head” lying on a tray.

The 31-year-old Censori, known for her provocative outfits and headline-grabbing antics, shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram from the filming of Kanye West and rapper Don Toliver’s new music video for their track “OK.”

The unusual video, directed by Bianca herself and released earlier this month, is set in a morgue-like environment. In one scene, Kanye appears headless as he lies on an operating table while doctors remove various objects from his stomach.

The photos posted by Bianca were no less unsettling.

One close-up shot shows Kanye’s “severed head” resting on a tray. In another, the rapper poses against a wall with a lifeless stare, holding a sword in his hands.

In yet another image, the musician stands alongside Don Toliver, whose outfit is splattered with blood.
