Legendary actress and activist Jane Fonda delivered a blistering attack on tech moguls and billionaires at the DVF Awards, held during the Venice Film Festival.

Speaking before a star-studded audience, the 88-year-old Hollywood icon addressed a range of issues, including the environment, artificial intelligence, political persecution and the plans of the technology elite for the future of humanity.

“They want to live forever while they kill everyone else. First of all, most of these guys — these tech bros, oligarchs and billionaires — think that the laws the rest of humanity lives by don’t apply to them, including the laws of physics. The laws of nature. They’re going to live forever.

“Secondly, since these guys can’t have children, they’re going to create robots. Those will be their children, and they’ll turn all of us into tradwives, who will also have lots of children. And then they’ll take away our right to vote. Can you believe this? But we’re not going to put up with it.”

Fonda also made clear that she is not afraid to speak out.

“I’ve already lived my life. [Donald] Trump can’t do anything to me. I’m not afraid,” she said, urging the audience to support the First Amendment Committee, which she founded.

“More and more people are speaking out because their lives are at stake right now. AI could take absolutely everything away, and data centers are starting to be built right in their neighborhoods. So there has been a turning point in the United States. Things are changing.

“We’re now seeing that even people who support the MAGA movement don’t like the fact that their leaders are profiting from suffering and cruelty. They don’t like the chaos that is prevailing,” the actress said.
