Mark Zuckerberg’s sister has caused a stir online after social media users noticed her striking resemblance to the Facebook founder, with many calling her his “female clone.”
Thirty-seven-year-old Arielle Zuckerberg was filmed DJing during the opening night of San Francisco Tech Week on Monday. Dressed casually in a black T-shirt and jeans, she confidently played music for a packed crowd.

But it wasn’t Arielle’s musical taste that caught people’s attention. Instead, users were stunned by just how much she looked like her 42-year-old older brother.
The clip was posted on X, where it racked up more than a million views. The comments section quickly filled with reactions to the siblings’ uncanny family resemblance.
“This is actually terrifying. She looks exactly like him,” one user wrote.
“Wow, she really does look like the female version of Mark,” another commented.
“Wait, is that actually him?” a third person wondered. Someone else even asked, “Isn’t that Zuckerberg with a ponytail?”
Arielle also noticed the viral video and shared it on her own page. She took the opportunity to respond to those questioning whether her appearance at Tech Week was appropriate.
“I’ve been DJing since 2018. I’ve played at clubs, small festivals, Burning Man, and other events,” she wrote.
According to Arielle, DJing is more of a passion project for her, although she technically does it professionally.
“Mostly, I play for and with friends, for fun and to share joy,” she explained.
Music, however, is just one part of her life. Arielle works as a venture investor at Long Journey Ventures, a firm that backs technology startups.
She has been married to Andrew Jordan since 2019. The couple welcomed their son, Jasper, in January 2024.
Arielle is the youngest of four children in the Zuckerberg family. Mark’s eldest sister, 44-year-old Randi Zuckerberg, worked alongside her brother at Facebook for six years before pursuing her own creative ventures. In 2011, she founded a marketing and content production company, wrote the children’s book Dot, about a technology-loving young girl, and became a podcast host on SiriusXM.
Mark, 42, is the second-oldest child in the family. His 39-year-old sister Donna Zuckerberg has taken a very different path, focusing on literature, editing, and the study of classical antiquity.
