Dorothy Wang, 38, the daughter of a billionaire and a reality TV star, has revealed how much she spends to maintain her appearance. The figures are eye-watering even by wealthy people’s standards: she shells out up to $60,000 a year on cosmetic treatments, hair care and nail services. Some of the procedures have been part of her routine since her early twenties.

Wang is the daughter of real estate entrepreneur Roger Wang, whose fortune is estimated at $2.6 billion. She rose to fame in 2014 on the reality series Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and went on to appear in several other projects after the show ended in 2016, including Bling Empire in 2022.
In an interview with Interview Magazine, Wang opened up about her beauty routine. She said she spends between $10,000 and $15,000 every three months on her overall upkeep. “Beauty is expensive,” the heiress admitted.

Every three months, Wang gets Botox injections, a treatment she first tried at the age of 23. Each session costs around $2,000. She spends roughly the same amount on lip fillers.
Other regular treatments come with similarly hefty price tags. Wang’s manicures and pedicures cost around $500 combined. She prefers the so-called Russian manicure, a technique in which the nail technician carefully treats the cuticles and shapes the nails using an electric tool.
Hair care, including cuts, coloring and extensions, costs her another $1,500 or so. Her regular beauty routine also includes eyebrow microblading and eyelash extensions.

For comparison, the median annual household income in the United States is around $72,800. Wang’s beauty budget can therefore approach what an average American household earns over much of a year.
Wang is currently expecting her first child with her husband, attorney Brandon Yankowitz. The couple married in October 2025, and in the run-up to their wedding, the heiress embarked on an extensive round of cosmetic consultations.
In her YouTube series Dorothy’s “I Do,” she described going on a kind of “world tour,” consulting doctors in Seoul, Beverly Hills and New York. Wang wanted to find out whether she should get a facelift before the couple’s multi-day wedding celebration in Florida. However, specialists concluded that she did not need surgery yet, so she opted for less invasive treatments instead.
One of them was Sofwave, an ultrasound-based treatment designed to tighten and firm the skin. Wang admitted that the procedure was extremely painful, but nitrous oxide helped her get through the discomfort.

“I don’t have a very high pain tolerance, and I’m not great with laser treatments,” she said. “But honestly, I was really impressed with the results. The effects lasted a long time: the skin tightens, becomes firmer, and collagen production is stimulated.”
Before the wedding, Wang also made a point of getting a tan. She said she visited tanning beds twice a week because outdoor tanning left unwanted lines on her skin.
Still, the heiress believes genetics and diet play a role in her complexion, too. She credits her Chinese heritage and a protein-rich diet for helping keep her skin firm.
“I drink bone broth, take collagen and try to eat plenty of protein, including eggs and fish,” Wang said.
