When Kevin Jonas quickly snapped a photo of his TV to send to his football group chat, he did not realize something else snuck into the image, PEOPLE writes.

The 38-year-old musician — one-third of the Jonas Brothers, along with siblings Nick and Joe — revealed in the latest episode of the trio’s Hey Jonas! podcast that he recently sent a photo, which accidentally featured his penis, to a group chat dedicated to the New York Giants. Both of his brothers are also in the chat.

Kevin made the admission during the Tuesday, Oct. 27 episode alongside Joe, 37, and Nick, 34, after teasing, “I did something that ruined my entire day.”

The brothers explained in the episode that they are all in the Giants-dedicated text thread, which Joe said “has been going for 15 years,” alongside their original tour drummer and photographer, as well as several other friends. So when J.J. McCarthy took over as the team’s starting quarterback on Oct. 25, Kevin sent a photo of his TV displaying the announcement to the “GO BLUE” group chat — only he didn’t notice that there was something else in the image.

Nobody else did at first either, with someone in the chat responding to the announcement alone. But then Kevin realized his penis was in the photo — and sent several texts urging everyone in the group chat to delete it.

“The photo has mirrors, and I didn’t clock it,” Kevin said of the picture. “And it was in our bathroom, and I took the photo as I’m getting into the shower.”

“You have a massive TV in your bathroom,” Joe explained, “but there’s mirrors surrounding the TV and you can only see… it’s like the greatest thing that you didn’t know happened. There’s a big TV and right below it is a mirror, and it’s only your dick. It’s literally just your wiener.”

Nick and Joe were together when Kevin realized what he’d done and, in succession, sent several texts that Joe dubbed “the greatest series of messages” and Nick called “legendary.”

Nobody ribbed Kevin too hard even though, as Joe put it, “Nobody wants to have a dick pic sent to them that they didn’t want.” In fact, everyone in the group chat was “very sweet” about the accidental snap, Joe said.
