At a press conference psychologist Khachatur Gasparyan, child psychiatrist Maruke Yeghiyan and school psychologist Gevorg Yeghiyan told the reporters that preparations to celebrate the New Year are serious stress to our bodies.
As it turned out during the conversation with the experts, after the New Year the influx of clients to psychologists greatly increase as people cannot cope with holiday stress. Generally, the problem is caused by the desire to meet the infamous status, assessed by... the delicacies on the table.
Psychologists advise to relax, and remember that the New Year is a holiday, and a holiday should bring positive emotions. While preparing sumptuous table with expensive meals, recall yourself at a party with friends - on January 2, you will be willing to give everything for a cup of coffee and good conversation instead of the traditional meat meal during the next guest visit.
