“The Vampire Diaries” season 6 is gradually reaching its solution, but this time the shootings were passed without the wicked Traveler Markos embodied by an Armenian actor Raffi Barsoumian. Where is Markos and what news does Raffi has for his fans?
NEWS.am STYLE reached the actor to find out the answers to the above mentioned questions.
“My time with “The Vampire Diaries” is over for the moment. Currently I'm working with a theater company I've worked for in the past, called the “Oregon Shakespeare Festival”. I love working on Shakespeare and was able to do one of his play's called “Pericles” last fall with The Public Theater in New York”,- says the actor, who is going to spend this summer in a small town called Ashland working on a couple of different plays.
However, maybe the actor will surprise also his Armenian fans in the near future.
“This coming Fall I will return home to Los Angeles and we'll see if I can line up some more television work!”
“The Vampire Diaries” was premiered on CW in 2009. After a short time, it has become popular not only in America, but also in Europe and Asia. The TV series has a lot of fans in Armenia, too.
As for Raffi Barsoumian, he has appeared in the season 5 of the show embodying the character named Markos.
