Paris Hilton was seen kissing a mystery man while on a yacht anchored off the coast of Formentera, Spain on Tuesday morning, Daily Mail reported.

The identity of the 34-year-old DJ's suitor is revealed. He is Thomas Gross, a 39-year-old self-made multimillionaire whose home base is in Zurich, Switzerland.

'They met at the Cannes Film Festival in May and have been dating ever since. They are having a lot of fun getting to know each other,' a source confirmed. 

'She is thrilled she has found a real man who is such a gentleman. Paris loves the way he treats her and they are having a good time.'

After meeting in the South Of France, the perfume mogul and the entrepreneur jetted to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where her cousin Brooke Brinson got married.

They then headed to Ibiza, where Thomas owns a villa.

'They really hit it off right away,' added the friend. 'Also with them is her cousin Farrah [Aldjufri]. He is getting to know her family.'

Thomas is best known in the business world for The Perform Group, which he sold for $100m in 2013. He is still a majority owner of the global sports media company, which is based in the United Kingdom and operates across a range of digital platforms.

The part-Austrian businessman is estimated to be worth $200m. He is also the owner of the yacht Galaxy.

Paris showed off her slim figure in a cut-out black bathing suit and Gross clearly liked what he saw as he pulled her in for a smooch under an outdoor shower on board.  

And the PDA continued as Paris and her hunk cuddled up for a hug after he pulled off his T-shirt to show off his incredible physique.
