Independent journalist Peter Musurlian won his third Los Angeles Area Emmy on Saturday at the Academy of Television Arts & Science’s Saban Media Center in North Hollywood, Asbarez reported.
Earlier this year, Musurlian received an award from the Los Angeles Press Club for the best videography, bypassing two works from the influential KCET team.
‘Holocaust Soliloquy’ documentary tells the story of a Jewish boy from Hungary who survived the Holocaust and shares his memories in his memoirs.
Peter Musurlian in 2013 received an Emmy Award for the ‘Burbank’s African Sister City’ documentary. In 2016, Musurlian, and a team from The Burbank Channel, won Emmys for their various roles in the production of the Mayor’s State-of-the-City video.
