Italian designer Giorgio Armani has donated € 1.25 million to fight coronavirus, brand representatives said. The number of people infected with coronavirus in Italy exceeded 7,300. The funds will be sent to hospitals in Rome and Milan, as well as to the national Civil Protection Agency.
According to Reuters, now the majority of Giorgio Armani employees work from home, and the minimum number of employees is involved in the production.
Giorgio Armani has already decided to hold the fall-winter 2020/2021 collection fashion show without an audience. The show was broadcast on the Armani’s official website, Instagram, and Facebook.
