Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have spent $1 million, each, over the past five years in divorce and custody proceedings at courts, The Daily Mail reported, citing its source.

Sources assume that the divorce proceedings could last another six years.

The ex-couple have not yet agreed on how to share their multimillion-dollar fortune and raise the five minors of their six children.

Angelina had started the divorce proceedings in September 2016.

When the couple had separated, police and custody officers had found no evidence that Brad had abused the children.
