39-year-old Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle refused to go to Prince Philip's funeral.

Despite the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved to the United States and recently have not been on the best terms with the crown, everyone expected them to come to the funeral. Indeed, Markle's husband was getting ready to go home - according to rumors, in the next few hours he will fly to London.

But Meghan Markle will not fly to the UK, despite the current situation. The actress explained this by the fact that she is in the last stages of pregnancy, and long transatlantic flights may not have the best effect on the health of the unborn baby. She had a miscarriage last summer and has been more closely monitoring her health since then. More recently the former actress publicly accused the royal family of racism, so her arrival would seem inappropriate for many.
