The Kardashian sisters have made certain features of the body fashionable for a whole decade. Now, thick thighs and a slim belly are the most important and desirable sizes for girls.

These stars, of course, follow their diet, but they have their secrets for an ideal figure.

Recently, Khloe Kardashian stated on Instagram that it is very important for her to consume sufficient amount water during the day. But to make it more pleasant to drink, she adds pieces of ginger, mint, cucumber, lemon, orange or grapefruit into her water.

Kourtney Kardashian has her own secret to a slender figure. She cannot imagine her day without tea, which she drinks in large quantities. She recently wrote on her social media page that green tea is an elixir of centuries. Kourtney prefers a nutritious smoothie for breakfast, and made with avocado and palm instead of honey. This breakfast is rich in fiber and helps to lose weight.

And Kim Kardashian admitted that she has tried many diets all her life, but as a result she realized that it is important to listen to your body and not to torment yourself with hunger. Kim once posted on Twitter her example of an ideal breakfast: oatmeal and vegan sausage. Vegan tacos are her favorite dish for dinner. The salads are also good, Kim had written.
