Kim Kardashian has sparked rumors she's had her bum filler removed as her famous backside looked smaller in a new Instagram snap, The Mirror reported.

The 40-year-old reality star left baffled fans questioning where her bottom had gone in the photo, which saw the doting mom pose in tight gym leggings and a sports bra while cuddling her youngest son Psalm.

Kim looked gorgeous as always in the image, going makeup free and pulling her hair back into her signature low ponytail.

However fans were distracted by her backside, as they noticed it doesn't look the same.

Kim has not commented on the speculation from her 245 million followers.

Meanwhile, a London-based plastic surgeon—Mark Ho-Asjoe—has told OK! magazine about the head-turning snap: "The main difference with Kim's bottom is the emptiness at the top compared to photos of her before. Something has been removed."

He added: "Either she has had butt implants taken out or she has had filler dissolved or liposuction to reduce the size of her bottom.”

Kim has been making subtle changes to her appearance since filing for divorce from Kanye West back in February.

Fans have previously hailed the star for the return of “old Kim.”
