Jamie Spears, the father of American pop star Britney Spears, has given up conservatorship of his daughter due to a recent scandal, but according to the Daily Mail, he again submitted respective documents to the court.
Britney’s father managed her assets for 13 years.
Recently, the famous singer had applied to the court asking to remove her father from her official conservatorship. The court had examined the case, but denied the petition.
After that decision, the singer was supported by many celebrities, due to which a scandal arose. As a result, her father had decided to give up conservatorship of his daughter.
But now Jamie Spears announces that he is ready to take care of his daughter in the future, too, and plans to resume conservatorship. He claims that the society cannot judge the situation that it does not know.
“But the public does not know all the facts, and they have no right to know, so there will be no public redemption for Mr. Spears,” reads, in particular, the filing to Los Angeles County Court filed earlier this month.
