British showman Kev Orkian expressed his indignation over the statement made by the President of Azerbaijan, in which he claimed that no one had compelled the people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to abandon their homes.
Orkian couldn't contain his frustration and questioned, "Who in their absolute sane mind would be leaving behind their homes and businesses to the Azeri government, if it wasn’t ethnic cleansing?"
Orkian also went on to criticize world leaders for silently witnessing the Armenian genocide. He lamented the destruction of valuable monuments, historical landmarks, and temples by what he termed as "barbarians" who are erasing the rich heritage of the Armenian people. He pointed out that similar atrocities occurred in 1915, yet Armenians endured and have since strived to build a new Armenia. Orkian firmly asserted that Aliyev's policies amounted to genocide and destruction.

He also extended advice to Azerbaijani soldiers who hoisted their flag on Armenian historical monuments, reminding them that such actions wouldn't make these sites their own. He emphasized that Armenian history is far too profound to succumb to destruction.
In a subsequent post on his Instagram page, the versatile artist, known for his stand-up comedy and music, announced his upcoming album titled "Freedom."
The inspiration behind this project is Artsakh and its resilient people.
