Awards season is upon us, and that means it's time for the annual Golden Razzies (The Razzies). The Razzies, which aims to name the least successful films of the year, announced the nominations for its 44th ceremony.

The film with the most nominations is The Expendables, the fourth film in the action-packed but critically underwhelming Expendables franchise. It received seven nominations. Tied for second place, with five nominations, are The Exorcist: The Believer, a revival of the classic horror series, and Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, a gore-soaked look at everyone's favorite bear. Two big-budget superhero films: Shazam! Fury of the Gods, and Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania each received four nominations.

The nominations for worst actor of the year included Russell Crowe (The Pope's Exorcist), Vin Diesel (Fast X), Chris Evans (Phantom), Jason Statham (The Mag 2: The Trench), and Jon Voight (Mercy).  And the nominees for worst actress are Ana de Armas (Phantom), Megan Fox (Johnny and Clyde), Salma Hayek (Magic Mike's Last Dance), Jennifer Lopez (Mother), and Helen Mirren (Shazam! Fury of the Gods).
