Martin Scorsese is planning to make a biopic about Frank Sinatra starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence.

Sources told Variety that the filmmaker plans to shoot the Jesus movie and the Sinatra biopic at the same time, with production on the former slated to begin later this year with filming in Israel, Italy, and Egypt.

Rumor has it that DiCaprio will play Sinatra opposite Jennifer Lawrence, who will play actress and second wife of the legendary entertainer, Ava Gardner.

Sinatra's daughter, Tina, controls the late artist's estate and has not yet "given her blessing to the film."
