Jaklin Baghdasaryan and Louis Thomas from Ladaniva are in Yerevan, Armenia, preparing for their Eurovision journey. The Armenian representatives of the Contest have recently toured in Europe and USA and participated in Eurovision pre parties. According to Jaklin, "Jako", their Eurovision song, has become the most popular performance in their concerts.

"The song is happy and it gives positive vibes. This is all about Ladaniva. We like to mix different cultures in music, because we think music has no limits. We really do what we love. And now this song has become one of the most popular ones during our concerts. Everyone sings with us. Recently we have performed in Madrid during the Eurovision pre party and people were performing the song so actively, that I even forgot that I should sing," Jaklin jokes.

Louis, who is the author of the music, says they have added Dhol (Armenian national instrument) to make it sound more Armenian.

It is not yet revealed what we're going to see during Ladaniva's Eurovision entry, bur David Tserunyan, the Head of Armenian delegation in Eurovision, says it's going to be something very positive and vocal giving all the Armenian vibe and energy. Jaklin and Louis will also be joined by the rest members of Ladaniva, giving the full vibe of their live concerts.

Ladaniva will represent Armenia at Eurovision 2024 with the song "Jako", which already has more then 3 million views on the official Youtube channel of Eurovision Song Contest. Eurovision 2024 is scheduled to take place on May 7, 9, 11 in Malmö, Sweden, following the country's victory at the 2023 contest with the song "Tattoo" by Loreen. 

Ladaniva will perform Jako at the second semi final of the Contest under the number 8.
