Kim Kardashian has once again made a splash at the Met Gala. The 43-year-old reality star hit the red carpet in yet another head-turning ensemble. Keeping with the evening's theme, "Sleeping Beauties: Fashion Reborn," Kardashian wore a sheer Margiela gown by John Galliano with a lace train adorned with leaves and floral accents.

Her blonde hair perfectly complemented the silver of her dress, and she toned down the rest of the look by wearing it in natural waves and opting for subtle makeup, including shimmering silver eyeshadow. She wore a simple gray shawl over it.

Of course, the most eye-catching part of her ensemble was the silver corset that accentuated her very small waist.

At some point, however, those in attendance helped Kardashian up the steps because of her restrictive dress.
