Kim, 43, posted a slew of new corset-clad photos on Instagram—and even called herself a "broken Margiela doll" in the caption.

The reality TV star made a splash on the Met Gala red carpet, showing off her incredibly tiny waist in a silver Maison Margiela ensemble by John Galliano.

The outfit sparked concern among social media users, who said Kim could “crush her internal organs” due to the excessively tight corset.
