Madonna has returned to writing the script for her biopic. In the photo, the pop icon poses next to a typewriter.

The 65-year-old singer, who will reportedly be played by Julia Garner in the film, showed off her toned face and glamorous makeup. It was surrounded by pages of scripts, suggesting that final production was nearing completion.

The star is reportedly set to "begin filming his biopic in the next 12 months" after the project was shelved last year.
