Princess of Dubai, Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum filed for divorce via social media.

The daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the current ruler of Dubai, posted on Instagram demanding a divorce from her husband Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.

“Dear husband, since you are busy with other life partners, I hereby announce our divorce. I divorce you, I divorce you, and I divorce you. Your ex-wife,” she wrote.

The Arab Royal Agency announced the engagement of Sheikha Mahra and Sheikh Mana in March last year.

A few months after the announcement, the couple married in May 2023. In June 2023, they hosted a lavish reception in Dubai. In May 2023, their daughter was born.
