Kim Kardashian took a rare break from her minimalist color palette to stun in red as she laced up in a daring corset dress while on holiday in Italy.

Her form-fitting look showed off her famous figure with a plunging neckline and dramatic mesh cutouts that highlighted the boning of the corset as well as the seams on both sides of the dress. The ruffled fabric at the chest and hips added a playful touch to the look, and the dress's skirt featured lace detailing.

She offered an inside look at the process of getting ready for the look in a series of photos posted to Instagram while doing her makeup and answering a phone call.
