Demi Moore is on a new mission: convincing people that it’s ok to fart.

The 61-year-old actress is partnering with Wonderbelly to spread the word about the importance of digestive health in a new book called The Grown-Up Guide to Farts, written by Wonderbelly co-founder Lucas Kraft and illustrated by Jessica Paige Dawson. In a joint video posted to Instagram by Moore and Wonderbelly, Moore reads pages from the new book to her adult children.

“What’s so bad about that?” Moore asks as she reads the book, which details everything about farts, including their history, why we do them, and the best ways to hide them. “What are some common ways to hide a fart? You can blame the dog. You can pretend it didn’t happen. Or you can just run away and change your identity,” the actress notes. And pointing to the illustrations, she continues, "Look at this: Cats fart. Dogs fart. Birds fart. Even insects fart. What a surprise!... If a fart comes out, just accept it."
