Kylie also emphasized the importance of “self-care,” admitting that she feels good when she eats healthy and works out. “Self-care is so important — no matter how busy I am, I have to make sure I make time for myself. I really think working out is a big part of my self-care routine, I try to do it at least 4-5 times a week… I work out regularly and eat healthy, and I feel amazing.”
