Yerevan before the New Year is a magical city. It seems that every corner, every street breathes warmth and festive anticipation. But the real magic is hidden behind the doors of vintage boutiques, where things tell their stories. Here the past connects with the present, and each find becomes something more than just an object—it is an emotion, a mood, a memory.

I went around three such boutiques, each of which gave me its own sensations. These are not just stores, but places where you begin to feel the time.

Frip' Space: Minimalism that warms

I went into Frip' Space just to "look," and immediately my gaze was drawn to a Prada sweater: soft, cozy, with neat stripes and a high collar, it seems to have been created for those very winter evenings when it is snowing outside, but warm at home.

Here it is that very sweater. Imagine how it wraps you up on New Year's Eve, with hot tea in your hands, and the lights of the Christmas tree shimmering in the darkness.

A little further on the shelf, I saw a Fendi bag. Its strict logo print and brown leather straps make you wonder how many stories it could tell. This bag just begs to be in your hands to accompany you on winter walks around the festive city.

And next to it is a Miu Miu dress. Light, silky, as if created for dancing all night long. It has something  from old Hollywood films where the heroines are always a little mysterious, but incredibly stylish.

Remember New Year's Eve: You, in this dress, with a glass of champagne, and around you—only sincere smiles.

Rage Ga Rage: For those who love finds with character

At Rage Ga Rage, I felt like an explorer. On one of the concrete shelves I found a rough, silver ring with an interesting engraving. You will wear this ring with confidence, knowing that it is absolutely unique.

Nearby there were miniatures—clowns with slightly crazy eyes, ceramic figurines with humor, and oddities that make you smile. These strange and cute figurines are the perfect gift for a friend who appreciates the unusual.

And, of course, a Carhartt jacket. With a red lining, a little worn—it looks like it has dozens of stories behind it. And next to it were elegant mules with an unusual heel, which seem to beg to be at a New Year's party.

Imagine how you walk into a room in these shoes—all eyes are on you!

Heirloom: New Year's fairy tale

Heirloom is a museum. No, really. When I walked in, the first thing I wanted to do was look around and say "wow!" Here, every item is a story, and even the air seems to be saturated with this story.

In one corner of the display case, I saw a collection of Nutcrackers. Wooden, painted, some with a pipe, some with a sword—and they stood as if ready to tell their tales. Look at these Nutcrackers. You just want to put them under the Christmas tree so that they become part of your holiday.

And next to them are Christmas tree decorations from your Soviet childhood: fragile glass balls, painted figurines. Their shine seems to take you back to those years when the New Year was magic.

Imagine your Christmas tree, decorated with these toys, seems to come to life to the sounds of your favorite New Year's songs.

But that's not all. In another display case there were watches—gold, pearl, and exquisite. Such watches do not just show the time, they decorate the moment.

Add this watch to your outfit, and you will feel like a hero of an old novel.

And, also, Japanese porcelain. Elegant cups, saucers that you want to hold in your hands. Every detail on them is art.

These porcelain cups are ideal for morning tea, when the whole house is still dozing.
