A historic phrase “beauty requires sacrifice” makes women wear uncomfortable dresses from generation to generation and carry the consequences of such behavior bravely and with honor. However, it is not secure for health, The Telegraph informs.
Total of 6 women out of 10 suffer pains in the back, neck and even headache due to uncomfortable bra. Four women out of 10 have pains in the neck, back and shoulders due to heavy bags. At the same time Kelston Chorley stated that fashion leads to the greatest number of health problems.
Natasha Hatwell, from Bravissimo, said women must check their bra size regularly. She believes that the most common mistake is wearing a cup size which is too small with a back size that is too big. Hence, the weight is taken by the shoulders, which leads to back pain. Strings make damage as well, leading to irritation of friction
