On the stage of France’s “The Voice Kids,” a moment unfolded that no one will soon forget. Armenian contestant Albert Armenakyan chose to sing the soul-stirring “Dle Yaman.” From the very first notes, his voice carried such depth of feeling that all four coaches turned their chairs.

But for one of them, this performance struck an especially tender chord. It was Patrick Fiori — himself of Armenian descent — who at first listened with closed eyes, as if savoring each breath of the duduk and every note of Albert’s voice. Yet soon he opened them, unable to resist the pull of the song that carried echoes of his own heritage.

Once Albert’s place in the competition was secured with four turns, Patrick stepped onto the stage along with his fellow coaches. And there, at Albert’s heartfelt request, the most unforgettable moment of the episode took place: Patrick Fiori, the world-renowned artist, joined the young boy in singing “Dle Yaman.”

The sound of the Armenian duduk, the timeless melody, and the raw emotion rose above language barriers, reaching the hearts of both the jury and the audience. It was not just a performance, but a shared experience — one of those rare moments that must be witnessed and felt to be truly understood.
