The Ritz Paris — a hotel long regarded as a symbol of Parisian luxury and impeccable taste — is once again welcoming the winter season dressed in décor crafted down to the finest detail. For the tenth consecutive year, the festive magic is entrusted to Armenian florist Anne Vitchen, known throughout Paris by her almost official nickname: the lady of flowers.

Vitchen has become an integral part of the visual DNA of the French capital. Her signature can be spotted in the windows of Dior and Chanel, in the galleries of the Musée d’Orsay and Versailles, and in daring installations for Lalique. But it is at the Ritz that her artistry feels most fully realized — creating the enchanting Christmas universe sought after by tourists, photographers, and fashion editors.

Every December, she transforms the iconic hotel into a living holiday postcard filled with warmth, refinement, and a delicate choreography of light and color. Vitchen is the creative force behind the signature Ritz Paris holiday look: elaborate floral structures, festive arrangements, arches, wreaths, and those small, thoughtful details that make the space instantly recognizable even without a caption.

This year, Vitchen adorned the hotel’s central staircase with a towering Christmas tree decorated with the Ritz’s emblematic teddy bears styled as the hotel’s corridor porters, along with gold ornaments and vivid red bows. Soft lighting and dense branch decoration create the effect of a luxurious Christmas installation seamlessly integrated into the classic interiors of the Place Vendôme mansion. The décor has become a new seasonal highlight for the hotel, emphasizing its unmistakable style and festive atmosphere.
