Dubai is set to dazzle the world once again this New Year’s Eve, transforming its downtown into a spectacular stage of lights, fireworks, and live performances.
Developer Emaar, the organizer of the celebrations, promises that the 2026 festivities will be bigger and more impressive than ever. And it’s not just a one-night event—the celebrations will span an entire week, from December 31 to January 7, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to enjoy the shows across multiple days. Key locations include the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall promenade, and the world-famous fountains.
Special Locations and Entertainment
Burj Park will once again be one of the best spots to enjoy fireworks and laser shows without the usual city crowds.
This year, the festivities will feature a Bollywood twist, thanks to a collaboration with Frontstage, part of Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chilies Entertainment. Families can enjoy children’s workshops, street food from food trucks, and live performances.
A grand parade with floats, performers, and puppets will wind through Downtown, adding extra spectacle and excitement. Every corner of Downtown Dubai will be filled with entertainment—from aerial stunts to immersive visual effects—creating a full multi-sensory experience.
Tickets and Free Viewing
Tickets for Burj Park are available online: Adults from AED 897.75, children aged 5–12 from AED 519.75, and free for children under 5.
Whether watching from Burj Park or exploring Downtown, Dubai promises one of the world’s most dazzling New Year celebrations, with fireworks, music, parades, and unforgettable views of the planet’s tallest tower.
