33-year-old rap superstar Cardi B has revealed that she plans to remove her butt implants after wrapping up her Little Miss Drama Tour. The tour kicked off on February 11 at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California.

The candid confession came after singer Kehlani jokingly slapped Cardi on the backside during their joint performance in Los Angeles on February 16, exclaiming, “That ass though!” The clip quickly went viral online.

Cardi immediately shared her plans with friends and fans.

“After this tour, I’m taking this out! Three months, I’m not answering nobody, I’m going to Colombia, nobody text me. I’m getting rid of this ass!” she said.

The rapper has long been open about her cosmetic procedures. At 21, she received biopolymer butt injections — a risky procedure that cost her $800 and was performed in a basement in Queens, New York. She previously described the experience as “the craziest pain ever,” saying it felt like she was going to pass out, and the discomfort lasted for five days.

In August 2022, Cardi said she had about 95% of the biopolymers removed, followed by another procedure in January 2024. She has since warned young people about the dangers of similar enhancements.

“If you’re 19, 20, 21 and you’re super skinny, don’t get butt injections — it’s dangerous,” she cautioned.
