Vanessa Trump has been diagnosed with breast cancer, Page Six writes. 

Trump shared the news in an Instagram post Wednesday. She shared that she’s working closely with her medical team on a treatment plan and had already undergone a procedure earlier this week.

“I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me,” she shared.

Trump, 48, thanked her followers for their kindness and support.

“I kindly ask for privacy as I focus on my health and recovery,” she concluded.

Her former sister-in-law Ivanka Trump shared her support for Vanessa, commenting, “Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama.”

Vanessa was last publicly seen celebrating her daughter Kai’s high school graduation on Friday. Kai — the 19-year-old daughter of Vanessa and Donald Trump Jr. — enjoyed an intimate dinner at Blackbird restaurant in Naples, Florida with her parents.
