The clip features deepfakes of about half a dozen high-profile celebrity critics of the president, including Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts, John Leguizamo, and Edward Norton.

"Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS? The symptoms can be merciless," says the AI version of Trump, clad in a white medical lab coat. "Fortunately, I am Doctor Trump, and I have a treatment plan. Let's hear what some of my patients have to say."

Trump has claimed for years that his opponents suffer from "Trump Derangement Syndrome." Last year, Republican Congressman Warren Davidson took it a step further, jokingly proposing a bill to fund research into the "affliction."

The video then cuts to "patient testimonials" inside a doctor's office, set to soft, melancholy piano music.

"I suffered for more than a decade, but after listening to Doctor Trump, I'm seeing the first results," says a fake Rosie O'Donnell.

She is followed by the AI version of John Leguizamo: "Man, I was hurting for years. I really didn't think anything could help me. Then I stumbled across this video on TV."

"I truly thought I was hopeless," a fake Whoopi Goldberg shares. "I thought this would be with me for the rest of my life, but after the treatment, I can feel the difference."

Trump's Love for AI Content and Past Scandals

Trump is well-known for his penchant for posting AI-generated content on social media, with some of his past posts sparking fierce backlash even among his base.

Earlier this year, the president posted an AI image depicting himself as Jesus Christ healing a sick person. This outraged his evangelical Christian supporters, who slammed the post as blasphemous. The backlash was so intense that Trump deleted the image, later claiming he "thought he was a doctor in the picture, not Christ." A few days later, he uploaded another AI image, this time simply hugging Jesus.

Back in February, an AI-generated video portraying Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys caused a massive wave of indignation. The clip sparked fury even among Republican senators and was promptly deleted by Trump, who blamed it on a "technical glitch."
