Amal Clooney doesn't have much spare time, yet George Clooney’s wife has managed to craft a surprisingly simple yet effective diet and fitness routine.
According to insiders, Amal kicks off her morning with a bowl of miyeok-guk—a traditional Korean brown seaweed soup prepared with sesame oil and garlic, reports the Daily Mail.
For lunch, Amal prefers lean protein and fresh greens. The couple relies on a personal chef to handle their meals. Vogue editor Nathan Heller, who once visited the couple’s home, described their lunch spread: "Clooney led me into the kitchen, where the chef had laid out a table: salad, spaghetti with turkey meatballs, and lemon chicken breast."
However, Amal doesn't shy away from life's small pleasures: the family holds a weekly "pizza night," where her go-to choice is a classic Margherita paired with a side of fresh arugula.

George Clooney previously opened up about the family meals prepared by their chef, Viviana Frizzi, who has been working with the couple since 2013: "Vivi cooks almost every night because going out to restaurants got much harder once the twins arrived. She can make anything—even homemade gnocchi with pesto that makes you want to cry with joy. Honestly, Amal and I are such terrible cooks that trying to teach us would be like teaching a whale to fly."
To stay in top shape, Amal regularly hits the tennis court—and easily outplays her movie-star husband. "Amal is a great athlete. I won tennis tournaments in my youth and I’m still pretty good, but Amal just wiping the floor with me on the court," 65-year-old George Clooney admitted with a grin.

Beyond tennis, the human rights lawyer’s daily routine includes hour-long walks, 20-minute dumbbell strength training sessions, and Pilates.
