Usher Kicks Fan Off Stage After Her "Cold" Reaction to Seductive Dance

12:16, July 27

Usher abruptly cut short a sultry serenade for a fan during a concert after realizing the woman felt extremely uncomfortable.

The awkward moment occurred during Usher and Chris Brown's joint performance on The R&B Tour in Nashville. Following tradition, a female audience member was invited up to the stage. However, as the shirtless 47-year-old singer began caressing her chin and face, the woman appeared noticeably stiff.

The tension peaked when Usher attempted to lean the fan back onto a bed positioned on stage—at which point she pulled away sharply and completely froze.

Looking baffled, the singer turned to the crowd: "I don't think she really wants to be up here, does she?"

The "Yeah!" hitmaker then stepped aside and signaled with an impatient gesture for security to escort her off. A portion of the audience met her exit with disapproval and boos, while the musician went on to pick another fan.

"I Looked Amazing": The Fan Claps Back at Online Hate

The woman in the viral video quickly faced a wave of backlash on social media, with users accusing her of ruining the experience and questioning why she went on stage if she wasn't ready for the performance.

She did not stay silent and fired back at her critics: "First of all, NOBODY would pass up going on stage. I looked amazing! Did you really think I was gonna miss a chance to show off in front of THOUSANDS of people? Nobody tells you in advance who they're bringing you out to! What did you want me to do, jump all over him right there?"

She added that she was originally sitting with her mom in the lower bowl, but before the show, they were upgraded to the VIP section for free thanks to "pretty privilege."

Later, she posted a selfie captioned "Don't care" and declared in an Instagram story: "Y'all are not gonna drag me on the internet and expect me to stay quiet. Don't try to bully me over an experience you'll never have!"

Usher and Chris Brown's Steamy Stage Antics

Usher is famous for his explicit concert interactivities. In 2024, his bodyguard went viral for watching with visible disgust as the artist fed cherries to fans during the Past Present Future tour.

His tour mate Chris Brown is equally known for pushing boundaries. At a concert in Los Angeles, he performed a suggestive lap dance for Kayla Nicole (Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend) to his track "Take You Down," sparking fierce debate online—ranging from admiration to criticism for going too far.
