63-year-old Hollywood actress Demi Moore surprised fans by making a striking cameo appearance in the girl group KATSEYE's provocative music video for their new single, "Animal."

In the video, Demi Moore plays a stylist helping the band members pull off a quick backstage outfit change before hitting the stage. After perfecting their looks, the actress gazes straight into the camera and grins: "Alright, let's get wild!"

Notably, this marks the Oscar nominee's first appearance in a music video in 28 years—the last time she starred in one was for Bon Jovi's "Ugly" back in 1998.

"Who Is This Woman?": Fan Reactions

Despite the actress's A-list status, Gen Z and K-pop fans reacted rather coldly in the comments section—most simply had no idea who she was. This triggered a wave of shock among older viewers.

"Why is no one talking about the fact that THE Demi Moore is in this video?!?!" one outraged user wrote.

Who Is KATSEYE?

KATSEYE is branded as the world's first "global" girl group. Formed in 2024 through the talent show The Debut: Dream Academy—a joint venture between South Korean titan Hybe and US label Geffen Records—the group features members from the United States, the Philippines, South Korea, and Switzerland.

Since the group's core audience consists of teenagers and K-pop enthusiasts, the oversight regarding a 90s star is understandable. Nevertheless, her cameo in KATSEYE's viral music video might just introduce Demi Moore to a whole new generation of fans.
