42-year-old yoga instructor and wife of 68-year-old Alec Baldwin, Hilaria, sent shockwaves through social media after showcasing her incredible physique. The mother of seven posted a workout video targeting legs and glutes.

For the clip, Hilaria opted for a vibrant red plunging bikini top paired with high-waisted floral bottoms. The filming location was a bathroom inside the family’s $21 million New York estate, which the couple has been trying to sell since late last year.

Using the countertop as support, Hilaria demonstrated a targeted lower-body routine while rising onto her tiptoes.  "Back in this bathroom... Let's shape things up! This exercise is great for carving out the line right between the glute and hamstring. 3 sets of 5–10 reps," the actor's wife captioned the clip.

Her followers—numbering over one million—flooded the comment section with admiration. Many found it hard to believe that a woman who has carried and given birth to six children looks like a fitness model:
