Hollywood legend Joan Collins looked like a true megastar in an elegant white dress and diamonds while relaxing at her luxurious estate in St. Tropez.
The 93-year-old actress seems completely ageless. As part of her extended summer getaway on the French Riviera, the Dynasty star showed off her toned physique in a swimsuit on a poolside lounger, later taking in a picturesque sunset in a bright striped caftan alongside her close friend Julian Clary.

Throughout her career, Collins has frequently shared the rules that help her maintain her stunning looks—and she adamantly insists: no Botox and no plastic surgery.
The actress admits that with age, she mastered the most important rule: "eat less." According to her, she now eats only a quarter of the food volume she consumed at 25. "No knives. I tried Botox once, many years ago, and I hated it. I'm an actress, I need my facial expressions! At 50, you need half as much food as you did at 25. At 75, half as much again. I'm planning to live to 100, and I'm telling you: take care of your skin and never leave the house without makeup. Don't go on crash diets—just cut your portions. And never drink tap water!"

If Joan needs to quickly shed a couple of pounds to fit into a favorite dress, she relies on a proven method: three days of boiled eggs and broccoli.
Collins prioritizes whole, nutrient-dense foods and reveals that she eats one avocado every day (a source of healthy fats and fiber) while taking vitamins C, E, and omega-3 supplements.
At the same time, the actress doesn't deprive herself of life's pleasures: "I don't overeat and I always leave half my plate. But I don't torture myself with strict bans: I'll have a glass of wine, a dessert, toast, or coffee with sugar. I also think I'm just lucky with my genetics."
While in her youth Joan was dancing in nightclubs until dawn and later took up Pilates and the gym, her approach evolved with time. Following a pinched nerve a few years ago, the star switched to a gentler routine:
Physical therapy and rehab exercises: 30 minutes a day to boost her energy levels.
Regular swimming.
Stretching: The actress remains so flexible that she can still easily do the splits!

Despite persistent rumors, the Golden Globe winner pulls no punches when discussing the modern beauty industry: "Many people assume I've had a ton of work done. Officially: I haven't. No Botox, no fillers, no fat injections. Honestly, when I see women in their 40s doing that to themselves, I'm horrified. My face proves I haven't had surgery—I have wrinkles and natural age changes. But when I look at women my own age, I think: 'My God, I actually look bloody fantastic!'"
