A new symbol of ultra-luxury real estate has emerged in Dubai: the Fleurs de Jardin Mansions project, created by the jewelry and watch brand Jacob & Co. in partnership with developer AMIS Development. Although the project is positioned as a "garden in the heart of the city," there are no units left available.
All six exclusive mansions in the Meydan District 11 area were reserved by buyers even before the official launch of sales. The total transaction amount exceeded $80 million, with the price of each individual residence coming in at around $13.6 million. This milestone was achieved less than a month after the ceremonial groundbreaking took place in June.
Grand Scale Luxury and Watchmaking Inspiration
The name and architectural design of the residences pay homage to Jacob Arabo's iconic complex timepiece, the Astronomia Fleurs de Jardin, released in 2019. Much like the horological masterpiece featuring rotating gemstone flowers and a patented cut, the buildings' architecture translates the language of high watchmaking onto the scale of residential real estate. The project is distinguished by curved facade lines, decorative floral screens, green roofs, and a central lagoon.
The flagship mansions of the complex occupy plots of over 840 square meters (approx. 9,000 sq. ft.) and boast a total area of about 1,580 square meters (approx. 17,000 sq. ft.) distributed across four levels:
Underground level: A massive basement spanning over 530 square meters includes a private cinema, a golf simulator, a fitness studio, a sauna, and secure parking.
Living spaces: The layouts feature two primary master bedrooms, a hidden service kitchen, a private service elevator, staff quarters, and total parking space for up to six cars.
Privileges: Mansion owners receive exclusive access to a private spa and wellness center measuring about 185 square meters.
What Else Is Available in the Project?
Despite the fact that all six flagship mansions have already found their owners, 19 five-bedroom villas are still being offered on the market. Their prices start at $7 million, with areas beginning at 895 square meters. These residences also feature private swimming pools, show and prep kitchens, basement entertainment zones, personal elevators, and staff quarters.
